NO, I do not think Huckabee is intentionally lying. Despite my dislike for his SoCon ideology, I think he is a pretty straight-shooter in most cases.

YES, I think the story got mangled between the husband's brother, then his parents, then the husband, then Sarah, then Mike. And I find it baffling that so many college-educated people are willing to ignore that likelihood ... simply due to political bias.

If this story involved Nancy Pelosi, one of her daughters, the daughter's (hypothetical) GOP husband and in-laws, and a Conservative restaurant owner, 95% of this forum would be discarding Pelosi's story without even CONDUCTING an onsite, factual investigation.

Why is that so damned hard to grasp?

Here's my question for you, and other liberals. And it's a simple one, should be easy to answer.

Why is it acceptable to discriminate against someone that you don't like because of their political ideology, but not because you don't like their skin color?

See, me? I think this woman had EVERY right to ask Sarah to leave her restaraunt ( I don't believe she had the right to chase her family down the street, however) but I also believe that a black man ought have the right to throw a white man out of his BBQ joint, or a baker ought have right to refuse to service a gay, or well you get the point. I don't in ANY case believe that a person should have the right to take it further and harass a person on the street at their home, at their place of work, or anywhere else, but as a business owner on principle alone I defend this woman asking Sanders to leave her place of business. I KNOW you wouldn't support a white person if they asked Maxine Waters, or any other black person, to leave their business though.
