As a fan we all want our favorite teams players to be loyal, but the truth is that they should do what is best for themselves. We require players to be loyal while organizations time and time again don't offer the player the same. Boston wasn't loyal to Isaiah but it was the right move for their organization. Both the team and players ultimately have to do what's best for them. They often times don't have the irrational emotional investment like us fans.
