Clearly he isn't just a "friend".
However, that not withstanding, she can do whatever she wants. Lay out your concerns to her and let her make her decision. If riding a motorcycle to work with her side piece is more important to her than your concern, you know where things stand and can go ahead and move on. Make her do the work for you.
