Amazon leaks Bloodborne 2 and Sunset Overdrive 2

Both Bloodborne 2 and Sunset Overdrive 2currently have placeholder dates on Amazon Italy for December 31st, 2019, meaning that they are likely aiming for release next year. The listed platforms are PS4 and Xbox One respectively, which could indicate that Amazon Italy has revealed two of 2019’s biggest console exclusive games.

Bb is arguebly my all time favorite game.
Happy if I get any kind of sequel, was bummed after E3 bc I just had that feeling it was coming..

Misinformation or extremely early anticipatory listing for preorders (most likely). They also “leaked” the MW2 remaster and the Splinter Cell reboot that never came 
Amazon France did the same thing when they listed Winds of Winter. They don’t have a clue.
No way From has BB2 past pre-production while they’re working on Sekiro, Deracine, and the Armored Core reboot. Insomniac has also explicitly stated that SO2 is not in development.
The listing of these games is in no way a confirmation of development. Their taking hopeful shots in the dark, just like any of us here. Pretty easy and safe to say both those games will have sequels at some point, but don’t expect them for 2, 3, 4 years. They will almost certainly be next-gen titles

I think (and I'm not extremely excited about this) that they have the B team working on BB2. Miyazaki is working on Sekiro, and the DS2 team likely developing BB2 right now, they have a foundation and it would follow From's blueprint.
DS1 came out, Miyazaki and the A team started BB while the B team worked on DS2.
BB came out, then DS3, now Miyazaki is working on Sekiro and the B team likely on BB2.
They will probably reveal it at the Tokyo Game Show in September if it's real.

Also, take with a grain of salt (as the entire situation as well obviously) but someone on reddit called Amazon Italy and they confirmed the listing is a legitimate listing from Sony.

all a CS rep can do is confirm that the listing is indeed real (we've all done that already lol), they have no inside information

I don't want a Miyazaki-less BB2, but if it's how we get it, I'd take it.
DS2 gets a lot of hate bc the B team and all, but it's a solid entry, esp when you include the DLC.
BB is a masterpiece and who is to say Miyazaki is focusing solely on Sekiro? Devs have worked on more than one title at a time. Esp at the director level.

he's not just on Sekiro, he's also the lead on Deracine, the VR game. That's no small undertaking, considering it's their first foray into VR.

it's one of my favorites too, but im not letting my optimism drive my realism. it just doesn't make sense, just LOL at that article saying that the 12/31/19 placeholder date means they're planning a 2019 release
