It was pretty much as populated as the Live After Five things but they had only about 4 or 5 portacans available. 5. The businesses in the immediate area were grossly understaffed for knowing that the fest would end early in the evening and lots of people would stick around to party afterward. Every place with a bar was slammed and it was a super long wait to get anything.
