That’s awesome!! I’m working up to running a race. I have NEVER been a runner, and stopped C25K multiple times when it got to the 5 minute run because I was intimidated, but I’ve been doing some other cardio recently and just tried running again a few weeks ago and found that I can now get into a rhythm and run more comfortably.

I quit several times on week 5 when It says run for 20 minutes. You just need the right tunes and mindset. You can do it!

I’m not a runner by any rams. This was a huge accomplishment for me. It’s way more mental than physical
