Expectations for this program shouldn't be lower than 10-2. Whether or not we believe that expectation will be met is totally different.
There are perfectly valid reasons to support why 10-2 will be difficult to achieve, but that doesn't mean the bar has to be lowered to make 8-4 more satisfactory.

In the end, we all generally want the same thing. For this season, I'm just not comfortable expecting 10-2. Next year, different story. Even O said 2019 would be "their year".
I don't see it as "10-2 or bust". I see it as "impress me or bust". 9-3 with close losses would impress me for this particular season. 10-2, very impressed, great job O.
