Well not too far from the interstate narrows it down a bit. Reno and Hopes Seafood in Sorrento is very close to the interstate and makes some damn good sausage. I know it’s not Gonzales but it’s the next exit.

Go to St. Amant and the options expand like others have posted. D and J’s seems to be a overwhelming favorite. Murray’s also makes a solid product.

Any exit will work. Had heard of good sausage from around there and may be traveling through soon.

Not sure if it has changed, but this would be the same as Alexanders as well.
