re: FBI Might Have Ran FISA Surveillance Against Hillary

There's the relevant part of the letter FBI sent Congress. It makes it clear that Congress was seeking such info:

I am not sure what Congress wants with this right now. It could be they are merely seeing if Hillary was treated the same as Trump (i.e. did the FBI even bother to get a FISA warrant when there was very good evidence espionage was happening with or without Hillary's knowledge).

I should perhaps revise my OP. It looks like they are looking to see IF there was a FISA warrant on the CF. There might be a number of reasons for this. It shouldn't be taken as "there was definitely a FISA warrant."
