One night heading out of town early in the morning [2:00ish] I was driving through Port Allen on 190 and looked over and noticed an African American male had his pants down to ankles in the parking lot of some bar. Well quickly I noticed he was banging the shite out of some African American broad

On Oahu, in Aiea near the bowling alley I saw a homeless woman pee into a cup standing up, reach down on the ground and grab an old crumpled newspaper to use as a wipe. She then just tossed both on the ground and walked up to some local begging for change.
This was done in front of about 15-20 people as if it was completely normal.
