I agree. It would seem like it is too late for a late 2019 fall signee.
Perhaps, Wade can find a mid year 2019 transfer signee that would red shirt until mid year 2020. If not, then the one remaining 2019 scholarship will have to wait for fall 2020.

Technically there are a couple more days left. I think Sept 5 is final day of late registration.
But yes, looks like there will be no additions.
