Check TCM at least twice a week for upcoming flicks. Usually Tuesdays and Saturdays seem to be their best nights, but sometimes they'll play something incrdible at like 3 am, usually a Clockwork Orange or something graphic. It's my favorite channel by far
Wasn't there a Charles Bronson movie where he was an unknown 1800s dude who supposedly killed a guy but really didn't and he was on the run the whole time in the wildeness and outlasted the search party because he was a badass?

Are you thinking about Death Hunt with both Bronson and Lee Marvin? Its set in the 1930's up in the northwest territory of Canada.
