Go fiberglass if you can but prolly be 45-50k all said and done.
And don't listen to the people that say don't get one and complain it's a bunch of work, either they had a pool a long time ago or they are lazy.
We put in a gunite last year and it's the best decision I have made. I put the auto vacuum in 2 or 3 times a week and press a button and then I do a super chlorination run if we swam all weekend on Sunday night. Other than that I clean the filters every three months, strainers once a week. On chemicals I get pool water tested about once a month on average and add what they tell me but usually it's 10 lbs salt and a cup of refresh. Takes 10 min.
New pools are not much work at all and are not expensive to maintain. Electric and gas bill did go up though but worth it.
