There is no way to quantify and say with 100% certainty it cost her the election. But it didn't have to do too much damage for that to be true and we all know he only won by a few thousand votes. It's preposterous and defies logic to state that this didn't hurt her.

Comey's malfeasance in July is the only thing that kept HRC in it. It was those Comey actions stacking the deck for HRC in July, not October, which cost Dems the election.

I think if you're going to blame a single factor, it would have to be Obamacare. Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania all got hit with double digit premium increases, and while those were approved several months earlier, October is when people get the letters informing them of the hikes and when they can unsuccessfully try to shop for a better deal.

The individual market is about 7% of the overall market, and just under half of individual buyers are ineligible for subsidies. But that's still 3% of the state population, which is a lot more than Trump's margin in those states.

Exactly...Comey kept Hillary in a position as the Dem candidate that she should not have been in at all so therefore her having ANY chance as the Dem nominee in November was more than she deserved. That could also be said for the way she got the nomination over Bernie as well...by cheating.
