With the money part - don't do this, don't do that. Sounds like she's espousing nothing but cash transactions to me. That's all that is left that she didn't mention.

She mentioned the russians as well.
She was fine with online banking and transactions. just do it in a secure manner. Said not to use public wifi when you can. She said especially avoid hotel wifi, and financial transactions when on other networks like starbucks and especially overseas.
