Won't do life unless maybe he gets to a trial, which he probably won't. He's totally fricked though, double rape and kidnapping will probably net him about 30 yrs. He'll probably do about 10 yrs before he's parole eligible, unless California has some kind if minimum parole eligibility law on higher classed felonies.
