I’m against them being in the same universe in the comics, nevertheless the MCU. It would make no sense that there were mutants around for 19 movies and they haven’t shown themselves yet.

I think the next Avengers film will introduce time travel, and an alternate timeline.

With Thanos playing with all of reality on a scale heretofore unheard of and A4 possibly dealing with time travel and/or alternate realities, there is a pretty perfect opportunity to make some changes to incorporate mutants even if they didn’t exist in the MCU prior to Infinity War.

The bigger issue is, as earlier said, a few companies owning everything and driving prices up for the consumer. That said, this deal IS going down and Fox IS being sold. Dread it, Run from it...it’s happening like it or not.

I’d personally rather see Fox properties with Disney than fricking Comcast, one of the worst organizations to deal with already. All the Marvel rights being under the same roof is just the icing on the cake.
