This will continue to get worse with increasing development. Go look at all the new bullshite apartments on burbank, every one is slightly higher than the rest and eventually there will be no natural drainage left. nobody cares about the neighbors as long as their shite dont flood. shitehole

Yep, every new development is built in an area that used to hold or absorb lots of rain water.
