Some people were going to call it a fail regardless of outcome. I’ll wait and see what the next step made is by both sides.
This COULD mean a real shift in Noko, especially considering their good faith efforts since the fall.
It was always going to be a process. Even if they have a real agreement made in private... its going to take time for it to be made public. Especially considering the possibility for war with US at any moment has been a primary means by which Kim has held control.
It would be very dangerous for him to suddenly roll kver and play dead.
