Teaser looked promising, with some of the other enemies that were in the old ones addded.

id made quake and basically invented the online fps. they are A+ in my book

Gonna be fricking awesome. iD and Bethesda bring it. Looks like it's gonna pick up right where Doom 2016 left off, in Hell. The music has been on point as well. Would really love if Trent Reznor came back to do some stuff again, though.

"On January 30, 2018, John Romero and Tom Hall confirmed on Twitter that Doomguy is the son of Commander Keen protagonist Billy Blaze and the great-grandson of Wolfenstein protagonist William "B.J." Blazkowicz, and through him he is of Polish and Jewish descent."

Wow guess that helps explain Doomguy's love of killing.
My only fear is that due to 2016's success they'll micromanage this one and mess it up, though Bethesda doesn't seem to do that so it may be ok
Reznor would be good, Gordon doing it again would be fine as well, he did great with 2016's and prey's sound track

Just noticed the skyscrapers in the background when I watched trailer again. Maybe we are getting an updated Hell on Earth?
I guess when Hayden sent Doomguy to Hell at end of Doom, the demons had to evacuate to Earth

Is there a specific one on youtube that I'm looking for? Link? I think I saw one time where the latest one had music with 666 showing up on the computer screen. Weird stuff. I could be dreaming though.

He originally did for Doom 3, but apparently walked away before the game finished so they went with someone else. I honestly had no clue he had done so until researching it, ever since anticipating that game release on my parent's recently bought Dell 8400 in 2004.

There is a trent reznor sound pack for Doom 3 out there, but its mostly Reznor designed sound effects and no music.
