Best chance we have. Can't really file a suit against them since the NCAA is a voluntary entity. The players really have no rights and aren't protected by a union or the Collective Bargaining Agreement, so making them bend to pressure and approve his appeal is really the only avenue they have at this point. The lawyers are trying to exhaust every route they can find, and find any loophole or grey area in wording to exploit.

I don't see Fulton gaining eligibility this year, but I like that all avenues are being exhausted.

Next year Fulton and Stingley will be the best CB duo in the nation.

Is there any evidence this is having the desired effect and applying pressure? It seems like even in Baton Rouge it was only passivelymentioned by a few media people. We don’t have much of a leg to stand on, even in the sympathy play and the court of public opinion.

Who is paying for these lawyers? I hope not LSU. Dude broke the rules, be a man and face the consequences.
