The nurse has a sheet with names and appointments, they double slot all the time because of no shows, they call names and no one is there and I talk to the nurses and doctors. They call, and text continuous reminders about appointments to try to get better performance. It isn't hard to figure out. When it is free people abuse it.

It’s a shame the way they treat Veterans. Some of the patients I receive from BA facilities it’s like WTF was that doctor thinking?
