See... The problem is that market forces are mythical too. Insurance companies run the entire health care system and guess what? They have just as many idiots at desks as the government. And their only goal is to pay as little as possible for your care so they can make money off of you. It's remarkably in inefficient except for when they take money out of your check every payday.
