I worked for a Company once where we had to verify peoples disability for some random stuff.

9/10 we would call and ask had no idea why they were disabled

"I just been that way forever". Rural Dr's write these bums a letter so the Dr can bill Medicaid and get paid every time they come in for a stumped toe.
