Every year since 10.The is college baseball the least competitive of the big 3 college sports and we have people happy LSU finished in the top 32

LSU basketball has made the tournament once and they are more competitive than baseball who had made the tournament the last 7 years, well have only missed the tournament 3 times since 1989. So this is the stupidest thibg someone has every written on this board.

LSU baseball has been the most successful of the big three this decade. Basketball has sucked, football had one great year but than 1/9 happened. This year for baseball was an exception to our success. I fully suspect we will be a top 10 team again next year.

One other thing your post is slightly confusing but if you think baseball is less competitive than basketball and football you have no understanding of the sport. 1) mid majors have no chance to win it all I'm football (in baseball a four seed Fresno State did it) 2) top tier basketball teams rarely lose to middle of the road to crappy teams. (Baseball a bad team can and has beat really good teams on occasion)

Baseball is the most competitive sport of the big three. Basketball is still pretty competitive. Football now is Bama and one or two other schools who have a chance to win.

So we are pinning next season on these three things.

-a senior to come back and hit some more singles.
- a pitcher with below average fastball coming off of shoulder surgery.
- and a bunch of other pitchers that have pitched very few meaningful innings.

it doesn't matter how these pitchers develop, the offense is horrid
