The problems with these software updates are that they are more unnecessary bull shite that we don't actually need.
Same is the problem with modern politics: the R's, the D's, the status quo of the past 50 years was to add even more unnecessary updates (government scope). When the fact is (And I don't say this only because I'm a staunch minarchist) the less, the better.
Rubio can go get bent with his progressive ideology. The last fricking thing we need is to make our cluster frick of a government even more gd complicated than it already is.
