That's one of my favorite things about dining in New Mexico. While there are certainly expensive restaurants (Geronimo), you can eat delicious, well prepared food at just about any New Mexican restaurant with entrees ranging from 8-12 bucks. There's really no need to venture into the world of $18-30 entrees, unless you just prefer find dining.
