Not a door at the front. That’s where the anchor sits. Also not a dive platform, just a platform used for mooring.

Might happen, but I don’t think these guys like the bulky look of a cruise ship, plus they all want something bespoke and revolutionary design-wise. There are awards given out each year for yacht design. That said, someone has taken a former Navy destroyer and turned it into a yacht. Google the yacht “Yas”.
ETA: here’s another cool conversion. M/Y Legend is a former Soviet ice-breaker turned luxury explorer yacht. A little over 200ft long, awesome looking ship.

I'd like to know how much it costs to run a boat like that for a year. Everything from crew, fuel, food, insurance, tax, docking fees etc.
