Slickdeals 2 tuner hdhomerun refurb $36 (lacks h.264)

I bought it. If I need the auto transcode feature well at least I didn't spend a ton on this.
My FiL gave me a 24 port gigabit switch (12 Poe) so I'm about to go nuts stringing 5e in my attic so I may as well mount an antenna and buy that lifetime Plex pass.
I'm going broke saving money.
I'm already at 1,200gb for the month and getting fricked by Comcast. I guess I'll pay the extra $50/no for premium until all this stuff settles down and I have my setup dialed in.

I'm already running a server so I bought a hauppauge 4 tuner and it has been great.

Does that one do h.264?
I'm wiring most of my stuff and I think Plex can auto transcode if you set it up right.
