It depends on who will be told to change what they do. Serret has great potential. If she doesnt change then she suill probably not be above .300 mext year.
Schulte has to try something different than what she has been doing. She has power.
The only way to gauge a hitters ability is play time for a few games. Pinch hitting wont tell you anything.
