I’m curious where Labas fits in this regional or are we shutting him down for the year?

It wouldn’t surprise me to see him shut down for the year unless we make a run to the CWS. Even then just depends on how his arm is doing. If it’s sore, no way we pitch him.
With the emergence of Sanders and Peterson, having a 3rd starter for regional/supers becomes much less important.

Of note here, if anyone didn't hear the interview this morning, Nolan Cain was on 104.5 with Jordy and T-Bob. He was asked about Labas and mentioned that Labas and the trainer went to see a doctor yesterday (he said the name, but couldn't understand him, I think he might have said Gill); but he had not heard the results of the visit. No more details than that were given; just thought it was interesting that they went the extra precautionary step of going to a doctor. Hopefully if Mainieri does an interview/presser today then he can update.
