What kind of arsehole parks sideways across 2 handicap spots when the entire parking lot is open? Maybe some professional athlete arsehole who thinks he is better than everyone else
I don’t feel sorry for that arsehole. I think the cops over reacted but the first thing the cop said when all the cars pulled up was “I only asked for one car to come”.
