I agree with you, 1000%.
BUT...
You take him however you can get him. And if this is how you can get him (especially since Bama is such a thorn in our sides with Amite kids,) then you use it. In fact, IF the kid commits to Bama early, if I'm Coach O I pull the "see, they took him over you" card.
