There's lots of reasons that I can use for not staying in shape but they'd probably viewed as just excuses. I say that because I view some of them that way.
Anyway... @ 5'9" and 187, I'm not overweight but just need to make it the daily part of life.

I'm 5'10 and 185 and I consider myself overweight. I need to be at 170. But that is me.
