Double sided sink? Both sides clogged? U have a disposal? I would start with bathroom toilet plunger, it's the easiest... sometimes it will loosen the clog just enough. If that doesn't work need more info.

Good advice. If the plunger doesn't bust up the clog you can try taking a part the drain underneath and clean it out.

If it's still stopped up past the point to where you can't reach I highly suggest calling a drain service company.

Some things in life are worth paying for, cleaning out a sewer drain is one of them.
