I've had a foodsaver for over a decade and it has worked pretty good. I always lose a couple packs of fish after it is put in the freezer due to air pockets in the bags. I just packed up about 35 packs of Amberjack,grouper and mangrove snapper this week and when I finished I pulled the trigger and ordered a Weston 2300 commercial grade. I have high expectations for it and come July after a Red Snapper trip I will put it to the test.
