Fished yesterday. Hammered them last week on the beaches. Yesterday was a different story. Found birds and could have picked at them for a limit, but nice fish last week spoiled me and I left them. Didn't find any big girls. Even fished the north side of the island and only dinks. Went home with maybe 18 trout, but I worked for them.

The wind was pretty stout last weekend. The surf was unfishable. Me and a buddy fished the North side of the island to avoid the wind. Took home 44 trout. We were happy with that.

Live shrimp under a cork is the easiest. I was also catching them bouncing a shrimp colored plastic on a jighead off the bottom.
