Why do I suck at Fortnite mobile?

starting playing yesterday and I've killed a grand total of 3 people. I get disoriented and lose control of my dude. Helpful hints?

idk do u play wit headphones? i noticed on pubg mobile everyone sucks cuz they cant hear where shots are coming from

Touch controls suck arse.

Building is ideal on PC. Building is hard as frick on console. Building is an impossible nightmare on mobile.

Exactly. It’s buggy also. I have it set to auto material change but when I run out of wood sometimes it won’t let me go to brick or metal.
