No problem with shooting one handed. She got on target as quick as possible. Going straight to two meant she’d have to reposition body and feet plus have to deal with a big arse purse that may have even concealed her weapon during the draw. Plenty of quick shooting drills teach fire from right out of holster. Then fire on the way to getting on front site and off hand on weapon.

Nothing wrong with a shot from weapon pressed against them if you’re already close. He wasnt in good position to take her weapon. She was already committed to stopping the threat. There was not going to be any verbal commands to drop his weapon.

She was lucky she didn’t have to depend on someone such as yourself to take care of business. She was calm and prepared. She’d played that scenario out a thousand times in her head and it paid off. She did damn good. I’d never want to be in that situation, but if I had to go through the same thing, I’d hope my training would kick in as well as hers.
