Nope only active. I have been around plenty reserves and guard members though.

ETA: I don’t think guard units should deploy to combat zones due to lack of training required.

I did both active duty and national guard. I can’t say how it is now, but when I came off active duty to guard in the early 90s, the biggest difference I noticed was the guard was not as stringent on military discipline. The first guard unit I joined after active duty though was a round-out Armor battalion for 2nd Armor Div. so the actual combat training was almost on the same level of proficiency that is grown accustomed to on active duty. But I will say that as the 90s progressed and the military cutbacks Clinton implemented eroded that level of readiness considerably.
