Your inlet valve on the back has sediment build up causing water to constantly come out.
Or
Your icemaker is failing and sending power to the inlet valve at all times allowing water in.
Or
Your icemaker internal timer is opening the water valve too long. .
I'd check for voltage at the water coils, Id none then they are the problem, if voltage is present at all, then replace icemaker.
The first issue is most common.
