In my twenties I jump off one of the cliffs on tubing trip (not sure of the river). Didn't quite get the jump off I wanted. Landed too close to the bank. When I hit the water my feet went out and arse slammed on the bottom. Swam away, buy fractured my L4 and L5. My damn back hurts everyday.
