Its going to take a culture change. And that’s not going to be easy. Especially with the NFL right there.
LSU needs to preach playing for LSU first.
When Saban coached LSU, he would tell recruits, “this is why you need LSU...” and the pitch would be how they are going to be part of a system that prepares and develops them as football players and men. Playing in the NFL and winning was an effect of being in and working in the system.
These days we say “this is why you need LSU...” and the pitch is, you only have to stay three years and you can leave! Awesome!
Our priorities and recruiting targets are out of whack. We need to get back to selling people on what’s great about LSU. And not just the players. Everyone. Even the fans.

I feel Like it isn’t a culture change needed.
We need to sit this guys down and go over their actual prospect.
I also Think a few guys slipped that we’re unexpected.
I didnt See Tolliver going undrafted.
Hell they should do a private pro day for these kids and show them where they stack up compared to last years deaft. If you’re running a 4.85... maybe don’t go pro.
