I have a weekly plan that limits my overall carb intake to 100g per day with a max of 40g from sugar.

I have a couple carb fuel sources to use before workout if I’m feeling a little lethargic.

Low carb is kicking my arse. It’s total fricking war the second half of the week.

Bench 235 x 9
Squats 280 x 10

Fridays are just beating the frick out of me, but better day than last Friday. Could not do power cleans. Completely gasses out after squats. Did my accessory work and called it a day.
