Heavier bench. Doubles with 245 in giant sets with rows and lateral raises. Tossed on a weight vest and did three giant sets of weighted dips, curls and two types of skullcrushers.

Cardio was with the vest. 200 lb sandbag carries and either dips or getups at the top of every minute.

started carnivore diet this week and i wasnt as sharp in the gym as i usually am. just had 0 energy.
