Volume squatting. SSB squats, 3 sets of 4 supersetted with RDLs. 3 more giant sets of split squats, weighted GHRs and reverse hyper. Some calves to warm up, then...

Yoke walk at 60%, every minute on the minute for 50 feet for 8 minutes.
