3x5 90lb dbs

Incline dumbell press
5x10 55lb dbs

Cable Incline Flys
3x12 pyramid

Tricep push downs
7x 20, 15, 14, 12, 10, 8,8

Tricep kickbacks

3x10 15lb dbs.

Barbell Rows: 180 3x4
T Bar Rows: Up to 90x6
Squats: Up to 225x3
Deadlifts: 295 3x3
Leg Press: 180 3x8
