That's a lie.
Mine had a lifetime cap several years ago.
That said, the lifetime cap was $3 million dollars. Even at $150k per year, that would take 20 years. I don't recall there being an annual cap on any insurance plan I have had.

You have a wildly inaccurate picture of how much ICU care costs in this country if you think it that cap would take 20 years to hit...
