I liked how McMillan scrambled. He seemed able to dodge rushers and had quickness moving downfield.
He definitely look comfortable, confident, and fluid. I noticed he kept his eyes downfield too. Accuracy suffered with scrambling, however, but not horrendously (no more than anyone else not named Cam??).

Am I the only one who is a little concerned with pass protection. I know its still very early but it won't matter who the QB is if we have people come off the edge untouched a lot
It was bad. Kept distracting me from watching anything else bad (basically had to watch everything twice- once for OL and once for everything else). Did note that I did NOT see a lot of bad decision making/blown assignments, just talent winning out for the D. Also worth noting, Aranda did blitz and it wasn't vanilla; maybe pared down, but not vanilla.

The QBs kept missing him. He looked to be open often and had maybe 10 targets.
That's my takeaway regarding Giles- he kept getting open. Releases from the line weren't so clean... hence maybe why timing was off? Dunno.
