I think the bloom may be off that rose - I don't think they are worth anywhere near the $$$$ they cost. Never bought one, but know a few who have. Insanely overpriced except for some very specific application like very long trips away from ice replenishment. 90% of the purchasers are just buying the name prestige and the decal for the back of their trucks.

It could be they want to expand their market into the thumb-sucking class. Lots of them have lots of money they've been wasting on other worthless shite like Starbucks, etc.
